CCMEP Program Supervisor
Position Overview: We are seeking a fulltime (40 hours per week) CCMEP Program Supervisor to help support our mission in serving as a catalyst and advocate for Greater Price Hill families to attain their educational, financial, and health goals. This position assists the Workforce Development Director in ensuring that CCMEP programming meets outcomes and objectives by supervising and training Workforce Coaches; by assisting with data coordination and reporting; and by carrying a caseload of 10-15 program participants. The CCMEP Program Supervisor also serves as back up when a participant’s Workforce Coach is not available due to absence or a vacancy.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred. Three years of experience in human services, social services, and/or case management. 2 years of experience in supervising 2 or more employees. Candidates must also possess a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable vehicle.
Adult Workforce Program Supervisor

This position assists the Workforce Development Director in ensuring that Adult Workforce programming meets outcomes and objectives by supervising the Financial Literacy Coordinator, Youth Employment Coordinator, Adult Workforce Coach, and on-site volunteers; by developing and maintaining employer relationships; by assisting with data coordination and reporting; and by carrying a caseload of 20 participants. The Adult Workforce Program Supervisor also serves as back up when a coordinator is not available due to absence or a vacancy.

Youth and Family Development Director
Position Overview: We are seeking a fulltime (40 hours per week) Youth and Family Development Program Director to help support our mission in serving as a catalyst and advocate for Greater Price Hill families to attain their educational, financial, and health goals. This position provides leadership, supervision, training, and quality assurance for the Youth and Family Development Program. This role oversees the delivery of services and improves access to youth development activities through family advocacy, community outreach, youth tutoring, and after-school recreation while building relationships within the community. This role is also accountable for the Youth and Family Development Program outcomes, program budget management, program reporting, and other funder requirements.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling; master’s degree preferred. Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; experience working with children and youth in human services setting; experience working with groups in counseling and/or educational setting; and a working knowledge of local community and faith-based organizations. Candidates must also possess a valid Ohio license in Social Work or Counseling, valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable vehicle.
Workforce Coach
Position: We are seeking a fulltime Workforce Coach to help support our mission in serving as a catalyst and advocate for Greater Price Hill families to attain their educational, financial, and health goals. This position specializes in coaching of youth (ages 16-24) to achieve their educational, employment and career goals, while helping to eliminate barriers to goals.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and a minimum one year of related experience. Applicants must also possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
Bilingual Navigator (part-time)
Position: We are seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Bilingual Navigator to help support our mission in serving as a catalyst and advocate for Greater Price Hill families to attain their educational, financial, and health goals. This position provides navigation/case management services to Every Child Succeeds families whose primary language is Spanish.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required in early childhood education, social work, psychology, education, nursing, or related field and a minimum of one year of experience working with families in a human services setting. Applicants must also possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
